DESIGNING A PROTECTED INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR PRODUCT CREATION IN ADAPTATION CONDITIONS

Abstract

An adaptive approach to designing a secure management system for facilities and
processes in conditions of uncontrolled change has been developed. Adaptability is considered as a
task of information processing in protected nonlinear dynamic systems The scheme of development
of the order for release of new production is constructed. The structural connections that arise from
the interaction of the client and the company that wants to master the release of a new product are
analyzed. The scheme of business processes of the firm with adaptive management system is
constructed. The links on the approval and development of new products have been analyzed and
developed. Cyberspace is the result of the integration of computers and telecommunications
networks and is used to store, modify and exchange data over network connections and related
physical structures in a new product information system. To create a new product, you need to be
organized with an idea based on information resources, technology and information. It is necessary
to develop a strategy and study the environment. When designing a management system of expert
methods, modeling is widely used, which is used in the design of management decisions. The
number and composition of decisions made by a particular unit is consistent with the ideal model
chosen by designers at the previous stage. An adaptive scheme has been developed that can be
applied to the design of the firm. Integrated design of the management system involves its
improvement on the basis of selected target functions and includes the design of the decision-making
process and management structure at the level of management decisions and building a protection
system. The system must work in parallel with other systems to ensure a return to the solution if
new opportunities remain unsuccessful. Maintenance of a secure information system for product
development in terms of adaptation consists of three different stages: project planning, project
support assessment and evaluation of development models.
